Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as store credit or to your original method of payment as per your request, within 24 hours.
Shipping returns
Please note that we ship all of our products from China warehouse. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. To return your product, please contact us .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing / Damaged / Wrong item received. what do I do?
We perform quality checks on all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident that all orders are up to standard before being sent. On rare occasion of item being damaged in shipping, missing or wrong item being sent, please contact us at info@kawaiibazaar within 24 hours of delivery time along with photos or video evidence of the said item in its original sealed box and condition.
After approval, we’ll ship you the replacement of the damaged, missing or wrong item within 3-5 business days.
I am not satisfied with my product, what do I do?

If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return or exchange your purchase within 14 of purchase. We’ll be happy to process your return and offer you an exchange, refund to your original payment method or store credit.
The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. This includes the original tags, packaging, or the original seal on the bottle. It must also be unworn and undamaged.
