WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
If you do not pay your customs fees, your order may be destroyed and/or abandoned. In this case, Kawaiibazaar is unable to provide a reimbursement of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find out if you are affected by these charges.
IS MY PERSONAL AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes, Kawaiibazaar uses SSL encryption and does not store or have access to any credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal.
LOST, MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES?
If the items inside the packaging arrived damaged, please take photos or video of the damaged outer package and content and contact us immediately after delivery. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement within 24 hours.
For Missing packages, Please contact your local carrier for further investigation. We will try our best to find out about the missing packages.
If your package does not arrive before 35 days, we will issue a full refund or reship your order as per your request.
IS MY PACKAGE TRACKED?
Yes. All packages are fully tracked. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped and can be tracked on your orders page. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact us in case you have any issues with tracking your package.
